We are going to sell group lots and we have counted for the second time each lot selling to help you in determining how to bid. Do everything possible to participate in this auction event.
Neither the Auctioneers nor the Owner will warrant or guarantee the exact head count of any lots in the sale. We don’t expect any problems, but all the buyers need to be aware. The LIVE bidders on site will have the opportunity to walk around and do personal inspections. The Internet buyer just has to understand that we are doing our best to get close on count, but they are still buying by the LOTS. (We are selling the lots for so many total dollars and NOT times the money guaranteeing the exact count if we miss a few!) (Odds are you will get the better deal on count) This auction offers so many great opportunities to buy! Hope to see you all in Nebraska!

You may preview and do your inspections Wednesday thru Friday July 22nd – 24th from 9:30 A.M. till 5:30 P.M., and also on the morning of the auction from 7:30 A.M. till sale time. All purchases must be settled for on the day of the auction and merchandise must be removed from the premises by 5:30 P.M. July 31^st, 2009. 

NOTICE: Out of State Buyers coming to the auction in Lincoln; To receive a bidding number you must have a valid Drivers License with Photo ID. Payment Methods: Cash, Check, or credit card (Master or Visa Card). There is a 3% Administration Fee for all credit cards charges. Nebraska sales tax does apply.
